The Maryland CoDA State Assembly

Dear Friends in Maryland
CoDA
The
Maryland State Assembly has disbanded as of our final meeting on
Saturday, October 16th. The decision to do so is a result of the lack
of representation and participation by Maryland CoDA Groups. It was
decided that the State Assembly cannot continue as it is and that
"letting go and letting God" would be the best course of action. It
has been our pleasure to serve as your State Assembly, but without more
hands, the work and commitment have become too much.
It is our hope
that someone within the state fellowship will be interested in reviving the
State Assembly and growing it again. For
the next 6 months Lisa R. will be executor of the treasury. If at that point, no State Assembly is established, as
expressed in the by-laws (http://www.md-coda.org/general/ByLaws70805.doc), the entirety
of the treasury will be donated to CoDA World Fellowship. This will occurr on Monday, 4/18/2011.
